Wanted to consider permeable piping and new uses and formats. I was told sometimes it is good to let plains flood, but considering toxin routes to other areas needs considered. I thought about ways of using piping as irrigation means is a possibility. I know with french drains they help tackle road pavement flooding. Again I would consider closed and permeable piping. Other options exist like concrete and plastic piping. Concrete and sea area developments are good. I would also use permeable concrete piping which could help with flash floods and possible sea uprising.
