I wanted to develop an inhaler based on asthma. I understand with conditions like lung cancer tar covers the organ. I wondered if it was possible to remove the tar. I do know there is a substance in that helped remove scar tissue with organs like the heart. Might be similar with removing tar from the lungs. Initially I thought about diaphragm breathing and resting on various sides while using breathing techniques. Know you could image as well.

I considered Emphysema where the alveoli become hardened and gaseous exchange becomes limited. I know the condition is considered chronic but trialling different procedures you could soften and return to normal like using polymer.
